How do I install a SeaDek kit?
Installation is easy and designed for DIY. Each kit comes with professional-grade 3M PSA adhesive backing. Simply clean your deck surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol, peel the backing, align the kit to your deck, and press firmly into place. Most installations take 1-2 hours. How long does shipping take?

What colors are available?

Can I install SeaDek myself or do I need a professional?
SeaDek kits are specifically designed for DIY installation. The precut design eliminates the need for trimming or custom fitting, and the 3M adhesive backing means no additional glue or tools are required. If you can apply a large sticker, you can install SeaDek. A roller or squeegee helps get the best adhesive bond.
How do I clean and maintain my SeaDek?
SeaDek is incredibly low-maintenance. For routine cleaning, just rinse with fresh water after each use. For deeper cleaning, use a soft brush with mild soap and water. How long does SeaDek last?
With proper care, SeaDek marine flooring typically lasts 5-7 years or more depending on usage and UV exposure. The closed-cell EVA foam is engineered to resist fading, staining, and degradation from saltwater and sunlight.
Do you offer custom cuts or colors?
Currently, we offer precut kits for specific Sea Hunt, SeaRay, and Hurricane models in our standard color options. We are continually expanding our model coverage. If you do not see your boat model listed, visit our Contact page to let us know and we will work on adding it.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened SeaDek kits within 30 days of delivery. Once the adhesive backing has been peeled or the product has been installed, it cannot be returned. Please visit our Return and Refund Policy page for complete details.
Is SeaDek better than marine carpet?
Most boaters find SeaDek to be a significant upgrade over marine carpet. Unlike carpet, SeaDek does not absorb water, resists mildew and odors, dries almost instantly, provides better traction when wet, and is far easier to clean.
