At SeaDeck Kits Online, we want your new SeaDek kit to arrive quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via UPS and USPS within the continental United States. Once your order ships, you can expect delivery in 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package every step of the way.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. The price you see is the price you pay.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship to the United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized kits. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out through our Contact page within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make changes to your order? Please reach out through our Contact page as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes before your order enters the cutting queue, but once production has begun, modifications may not be possible.
